Aromatherapy
If you have allergies to skin products, you can still get the benefits of Aromatherapy. Simply light your diffuser in the bathroom as you have your soak.
Most people associate Aromatherapy with massage. Although these are two separate arts and sciences, they do work beautifully together. However, if you do succumb to the symptoms of a cold, it is not a good idea to have a massage as your body is already working hard to fight off the infection, instead, get as much rest as you can. Babies and children need medicine to reduce a fever. But adults should rest, rest and rest again!
Some Essential oils can make us feel far more comfortable when we have a cold.
